I felt I must e-mail you to give you some feed back on one of your employees. I booked a Nile Cruise with Nerys in your sales department and I would like to commend her for her friendly manner and helpfulness. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has helped every step of the way and made everything worry free, I cannot praise her highly enough.

I felt i had to let you know how much we enjoyed our cruise on the M/S Monte Carlo. It was simply the best holiday we have ever had, we had a great time from being met at the airport by Sam then throughout the cruise we wanted for nothing, the guide we had Ashraf was simply amazing, he saw to to everything nothing was too much trouble and when we go again I would like to think we got the same guide. Everyone on the ship was lovely and the man who cleaned our cabin made us some gorgeous towel sculptures I cant tell you how many photos we took. I am recommending your firm to all of our friends.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your help in organising our 'very last minute' Nile cruise. It was a lovely week and you were right about the boat which was very well appointed. Our guide was also excellent.

Our guide Mohammed Ali was exceptional, his knowledge of Egypt was phenomenal, and having him all to ourselves was a great privilege, thank you again. It was a birthday present my husband will never forget, and he wants to go again!!! so expect me in touch soon.

Just wanted to say that the cruise was fantastic. We all enjoyed the holiday. The kids really loved it. The only complaint I can make is that there were too many interesting excursions to go on..!! I thought I would get 7 days sleep, but instead I got a wonderful holiday and loads of good memories.
